Getting Started with CloviAnalytics¶
What This Tool Does¶
CloviAnalytics is a privacy-first analytics platform that closes the gap between seeing a problem and fixing it. It collects traffic, performance, and search coverage data from every site you manage, then automatically dispatches optimization agents when a metric crosses a threshold and confirms the improvement afterward. Built for platform operators, agency owners, and content-focused founders who are tired of dashboards that report problems but offer no path to resolving them.
Quick Start¶
- Add your first site. Click Add Site, enter your domain, and paste the tracking snippet into your site's
<head>tag. One-click install is available for sites built on the same platform. - Wait for your first data pull. Within 24 hours, CloviAnalytics collects traffic sessions, performance scores, and search coverage. Your dashboard populates automatically — no manual goal setup needed.
- Check the Signal Loop. Open the Signal Loop section. Any metric that has already crossed a threshold appears here with a plain-language description and the action dispatched. On Pro and above, you will also see the confirmed before/after delta once the loop completes.

Signal Loop¶
When a tracked metric crosses a threshold — high bounce rate, performance regression, search coverage drop — CloviAnalytics dispatches an optimization agent to address the specific URL, re-measures on the next scheduled pull, and logs the confirmed delta. You see the full record: signal fired, action taken, result confirmed.
Traffic Dashboard¶
Pageviews, sessions, top pages, and referrers across 7, 30, or 90-day ranges. Each metric shows a direction indicator at a glance. Click any page to drill into session trends, bounce rate history, and related signals.
Performance Scoring¶
Automated performance scans run against your key URLs on a regular schedule, with Core Web Vitals data per page. When a score drops five or more points between scans, a signal fires — on Pro, the optimizer dispatches before the drop affects your search rankings.
Session Replay¶
Available on Pro and above: watch anonymized visitor recordings directly from your analytics dashboard with no separate tool login. The free tier captures sessions but requires an upgrade to view them; a live count shows how many are waiting.
Weekly Pulse¶
A weekly email digest covering sessions, top pages, and loop confirmations from the past seven days. Agency accounts send per-client digests under their own branding, replacing manual monthly reporting.
Tips for Best Results¶
- Allow 48 to 72 hours after setup before reading the Signal Loop. Thresholds need a baseline to become meaningful.
- Use Dismiss deliberately. Dismiss a signal only when the breach is intentional — a redesign or seasonal dip. Dismissed signals are logged but do not trigger dispatch.
- Connect your search console account on Pro. Traffic and performance signals fire without it, but search coverage signals require this integration.
- For agencies: sort Portfolio Pulse by signal count. The highest-signal site needs attention first.
Frequently Asked Questions¶
Does CloviAnalytics replace my existing traffic tool? No. It sits on top of your existing data and adds the action layer. You do not need to remove what you already have.
What happens when a signal fires on a Free account? CloviAnalytics logs the breach in plain language. Automatic dispatch and loop confirmation are Pro features — the free tier tells you what to fix; Pro fixes it and confirms the result.
Is visitor data shared with third parties? No. CloviAnalytics is cookieless by default and uses no cross-site identifiers. All data is scoped to your site and visible only in your account.
How long before a confirmed delta appears? Performance signals confirm on the next scheduled scan (every six hours). Search coverage depends on re-crawl timing — usually 24 to 72 hours. The Signal Loop log shows status for every signal: Monitoring, Fired, In-Flight, Confirmed, or Dismissed.
Can I set custom signal thresholds? Default thresholds are active from day one and cover the most common signals. Agency accounts can adjust them per site. A custom signal builder is on the roadmap.
